These three process to machining.
1. Direct printing:
Directly printing on the cup With roll printing machine.This technology has the technical difficulty, general factory can only print 1~3 kinds of colors. If meet the one set a high demanding, more color is also useless.But powerful factory can overprint as many as 20 colors instead of walk, this technique is only suitable for small batch production, efficiency is very low, only printing color color piece, printing photos gonna be difficult.
2.Water transfer printing:
first ,using the printer on the water to transfer the printing of paper printing, so that you can print out the rich color. Also can be mass production, but the demand is high. It has the request of printing environment temperature and the humidity should be stable,so that the printing precision can be ensured. And The the printed out water transfer printing paper into the water,The pattern separated with the paper, and quote the pattern on the glass then baking into the products.
3. Heat transfer
The water transfer printing process is essentially the same, will be finished printing heat transfer paper through the machine heating pressure to repost to cup. The color changing mugs, when the quote pattern all relying on manual operation .And heat transfer is to rely on automated processing machine.So a modern color changing mugs factory has the color paint production line, automatic production line for printing and thermal transfer decals automatic production line, it is the strongest embodiment of competitive strength.
