Second: The varieties of the products
1 :Basic colors of the Thermochromic Pigment : at present, Thermochromic Pigment have such following 12 basic colors as below:
Peach Red (TR) Mei red (MR) Red (DR)Golden Red(JR) Orange Red (CR)Golden Yellow (JY)
Grass Green (CG) Blackish Green (MG) Malachite Green(KG) Sapphire Blue (SB) Black (JB) Brown (ZB)
2 :Color matching between Thermochromic Pigments:
Because the Reversible Thermochromic Pigment in leuco state is a colorless, which makes no matter the color,temperature and the series is different, it can also match to each other . Gain more rich and colorful color changing effect.
A :Color matching between the basic Thermochromic Pigments :matching the Basic color according to certain proportion , can get a lot of color and colorless color change effect. Such as:
Black + Sapphire blue = Navy blue to colorless;
Rose Red + Malachite green = Blue ash to colorless
Sapphire Blue + Malachite Green = Sky Blue to colorless
Bright Red + Brown Black = Bordeaux to colorless;
Rosy + Sapphire blue = Purple - colorless;
And so on.
B :Color matching between Thermochromic Pigments and ordinary paint: color A and color B effect can be obtained.
Such as:
MR + common sky blue = violet and light blue;
SB + ordinary peach = violet, pink;
MG + ordinary red = black and red;
ZB + common sky blue = black and blue
MR + ordinary light yellow = red and yellow;
KG + ordinary light yellow = green and yellow
C :Color matcing between different varieties and different series of Thermochromic Pigments: complex multiple effect can be obtained, such as:
(1) MR - 42 (hot decolorization Mei Red) + JR - 50 (heat dissipation Gold Red) + FKG - 60 (hot hair color Malachite Green)
The temperature below 42 ℃ is Bright Red, 42-45 ℃ for the Red, 50~57 ℃ colorless, 50-60 ℃ above are Blue-Green
(2) KG - 31 (hot decolorization Malachite Green) + MR - 50(interval Mei Red) + ordinary Light Yellow color + FKG - 60 (hot hair color Malachite Green)
The temperature below 31 ℃ for Green, 33-48 ℃ for Red, 48-60 ℃ for Yellow, more than 60 ℃ is Green.
