一. Instructions of offset print white watermark ink
1. Advice: use a new ink roller, or thoroughly clean the ink roller with a reducing agent.
2. In order to make the ink does not paste plate, add a quarter pack wet powder in water when print.
3. Use hair dryer blows gently on the ink roller for a moment when the printing effect is not ideal.
4. This ink will corrode the PS plate slightly, so PS plate should be replaced when restart the machine. Printing technology should be considered when it comes to having a greater difficulty in printing.
5. When the temperature is low, special varnish could be added appropriately.
6. 1 kg ink can print about 6000 paper pieces of paper.
二．The instructions of screen printing white watermark ink
1. When print,it should add 300-500g solvent, becoming the watery ink.
2. Recommend to use 420 mesh screen printing, if it is still too strong, printing pattern could add 30-50 network lines.
3. 1 kg can print 1200 pieces of paper.
4. Dilution: use 719 quick-drying solvent or 783 slow-dry solvent.
5. After printing, the solvent must be dried for about 3-5 hours, otherwise the ink will spread so that patterns will be blurry.
三．The instructions of screen printing black watermark ink
1. It is usually printed between the two pieces of composite paper, so it is recommended to use 350 mesh screen printing.
2. Printing single-sided paper should print on the back of paper, it is recommended to use 420 mesh screen printing.
3. In order to get close to the effect of watermarked paper, it could add 30-50 network lines in the edge of the printed pattern.
4. Dilution: use 719 quick-drying solvent or 783 slow-dry solvent.
