1. Injection molding: first ,according to the proportion ,weighing the suitable amount of photoluminescent pigment ,then adding the suitable amount of paraffin oil(oil diffusion series are allok). Tune into a paste. Then pouring the rubber, stiring uniform,then can begin to product. The material thatt can injection : PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, PMMA, nylon, etc. The plastic material be more transparent, the luminous effect will be better.You’d best to use the fluorescent toner , and adding as little as possible.
