Glow In Dark Pigment

Glow in dark pigment, also called long lasting Photoluminescent Pigment, Luminous Pigment, Luminescent Pigment, Phosphorescent Pigment, Glowing pigment. it is a new type of luminescent material of the series of rare earth activated strontium aluminate. Compared to the traditional ZNS luminescent powder, it's non-toxic, non-radioactive, high brightness, long afterglowing, long service life (more than 15 years). Long-term luminous powder absorb light for 15 to 20 minutes, can suction light emitting 10 to 12 hours. The particle size of powder from 5 um um - 90 (100 mesh to 600 mesh) all can be provided. The same raw materials, the brightness of the coarse powder is higher, the glowing time is longer. Which meet the customer high demandsof the light.The brightness of the fine powder is a bit low, but better dispersion, the products making out are more smooth.

Yellow-Green/Blue-Green/Sky Blue/ Purple/ Pink/ Yellow/    Blue/Green/Orange/Orange-Red/Orange-Yellow/Peach-pink

Glow in dark pigment usage:
Smarol long Lasting luminous Pigment can be mixed with the plastic, suggested adding quantity: 5-20%.Suggest to adding content into coating, printing ink: 30-50%. Unsaturated polyester in the arts and crafts suggested adding quantity: 30-50%; Glaze of suggested adding quantity: 25-40%.General adding content of luminous paint is 40-60% (the weight of the paint); To achieve the best effect of solvent paint, Water-based paint need take a special treatment to the noctilucent powder. 

Note:

• A: The proportion of luminous pigment is big,should  pay attention to when blending
• B: The metal material has great influence to the luminous performance, should try to avoid to contact with the metal materials.
• C:Luminous pigment mostly are slightly soluble in water, decomposition in acid, so cannot  applied to the system of water soluble and acid.
• D:According to your manufacturing process, choose the right size of luminous pigment.
• E:Should be stored in ventilated, dry environment, pay attention to moistureproof,  the luminous pigment can not use out at a single time should be attention to seal save.
• F: Usually.the larger particle size  luminescent powder , the brightness is better. But we suggest that, first shoulf according to  your manufacturing process, choose the right size of luminous pigment.

Glow in dark pigment packaging transportation storage:

• 1. Packing: the product should use the waterproof plastic bag as the inner packing, outer packing should use the plastic drum, can also according to the customers’ requirements, using some other forms of packaging.
• 2. Transportation:when transport should prevent the collision, squeezing, and prevent the sun and the rain, not allowed to upside down
• 3: Storage: should be stored in ventilated, dry environment, pay attention to moistureproof.
