Gold Powder's INTRODUCTION:

The gold bronze powder also named bronze powder,pale gold powder,copper powder,brass powder, gold bronze powder, bronze copper powder,gold copper powder, bronze alloy powder.
It is a kind of buoyancy flake pigment, is melted and ball milled by a certain percentage of cooper., zinc and aluminum alloy, and classified to the required specification. The color of bronze powder of southern Europe gold powder are: Pale gold, rich pale gold, copper gold and other colors.
The thicker the bronze powder is, the sense of metal is stronger. The frequent the powder flashes, the brighter it gets; instead, the thinner the bronze powder is, the sense of metal is weaker, and the color is softer and the covering powder is better.

The bronze powder will be added with fatty acid in the ball mill process, to reduce the friction and protect the cooper from oxidation. So there is a fatty acid protective cover on the bronze powder surface.Hight temperature, water, sweat and alkaline medium are very easy to destroy the protective cover on the surface of bronze powder, and orxidise the powder slowly and lose the original metal color.

Gold Powder's NOTICE:

It is better not to use the NC Nitrocellulosic and the epoxy resin. Because both of them will produce a chemical reaction with bronze and generate a jelly; if these two kinds of resins are required to use, please use them as soon as possible.
Please try to use the resin with the acid value lower than 3. Because the lower the acid value system is, the better.

The aromatic and ester solvents and helpful for bronze powder particles to be wet and scattered comprehensively. Please avoid to use the alcohol and ketone solvents and acidification incomplete lipid solvents.
