Mirror-effect Ink

APPLICATION

MIRROR-EFFECT INK was mainly used in the products of common glass, film switch, screen of mobile phone, display panel of home appliance. It is printed in the reverse side of common glass, and PC/PET/PVC/PMMA materials. From the front, it show the great mirror-effect.

Function:

Air dry: 10-20 minutes
Heated: 10-15 minu/60c and 10-15minu/120c
Filter: 250-300 mesh

CAUTION & NOTE:

1. 1. Choose of thinner:BCS, use #783 as thinner in PET/PMMA
2. 2. Caused by the different proportion of pigment, resins, agents and additives, before use, it must be evenly stired since the compositions in the ink will be layered after sotre, after evenly stired, it can be directly used for printing.
3. 3. due to low viscosity. The 25-300mesh silkscreen is suitable for printing.
4. 4. suqeege rigidity in 70-80 degree and the angle from 60-70 degrees is recommended. The printing area can cover 25-35 m2 when use 300 mesh silkscreen
5. 5. mirror-effect ink can be self-dry or baking at low termperature with good printing compatibility, and not easily block the screen.
6. 6. self-dry in 10 mins or baking in 15 mins at 60-200 c
