Smell Sensitive Pigment
The characteristic of SMELL SENSITIVE PIGMENT:
theSMELL SENSITIVE PIGMENT , also named fragrance pigment using thetechnology of microcapsule to wrap the essence. In the openning space,the fragrance released slowly. And the Flavor can be maintained for six months, some even longer than 2 years . Or releasing the fragrance by using pressure to break the microcapsules.There are three forms to produce the fragrance : Natural infiltration , Pressure and Heat .
Usage: making the paster or letting the Textile products’fragrance stay longer by using the fragrance pigment long term properties characteristic.
Method of use: Ink coating modulation & help the Soft rubber class to Injection and press out.
Flavor types: rose, lavender, jasmine, lilac, osmanthus flowers, lily, tulip, marigold, cordate telosma, peony, orchid; Strawberry, lemon, orange, apple, peach, watermelon, grapes, banana, cherry, pineapple, mango, coconut, blueberry, Sandalwood, eucalyptus, camphor, mint, honey, chocolate, vanilla, coke, cinnamon, chewing gum, Onions, coffee, white wine, red wine, black pepper, cypress.
fragrance pigment Microcapsules morphology and properties: Particle size is: 0.1-30 um ,can resistant the temperature under 180 Centigrade ,good solvent resistance, good dispersion ,but if under the environment of high temperature it will lose flavor though it can restrain the high temperature .
